The first stage of your website project involves completing the website planner form
This form provides us with all the information we need to accuratly create you the site you require. Webwise will then call you to clarify any details or alternativly a meeting can be organised by appointment. Where we discuss/determine your objectives, budget and establish an appreciation of your business, combining your ideas with our expertise.
Following stage 1, Through discussions and reviewing the information provided on your website planner form, Webwise will develop concepts. Initally you will be presented with one concept for the homepage of your website. If you are happy with this design, Webwise will work with you to make nesessary changes to create the perfect site. If you are not satisfied with the concept provided. We will create a new design with your direction untill you are completely satisfied.
Webwise does not take responsability for any material supplied by a clientsIt is the clients intrest to seek copyright and artwork approval.
Once your design is approved, Stage 2 is completed.
Using the approved design from stage 2, your website is then built.
Your website will be built using the HTML code. And Flash, E-commerce and CMS Systems installed. Content and images provided will be inserted. Webwsie can assist in helping you how to plan the content for your site. We also have speacialists to work on optimising the content for the web to help in Google rankings.
All content is to be suppied as ‘Soft Text’ either via email or a word document.
Each page is limited to 1 A4 size in content or 250 words.
If the content on one page goes over this amount. It will be then charged as two, and so on.
All the content for your website should be supplied all at once with all proofing completed.
Any modifications to the text (including spelling corrections) after it has been placed on the website (Other than errors incured by webwise) will incure further charges.
Website styling, text, graphics, navigation and any interactive elements are now included making a unique website from those already on the web. On completion of this stage, we present the website on our preview site for you to review.
Once stage 3 is completed, you will be sent an active online link where you can view your site online. All final changes eg: text colour, size, images, headings etc are made.
All testing of forms, systems and software is done. Now we are ready for the exciting part!
Launch of your web site onto the World Wide Web, If you are hosting through Sydney Webwise will set up your email accounts for you and walk you step by step through the process. Once your website is approved and final payment is made, your site will be uploaded to your domain live. At this point your site will be submited to Goggle and Yahoo. And ready to start marketing campaigns.

Your website will be built with the conent you provide to be easily read and indexed by search engines, We submit the site to Google and Yahoo search engines. However webdesign does not include any “Search Engine Optimisation” and therefore does not offer any guarantees as to when and where you site will be ranked.
